The boys of MBLAQ dropped their first full-length album, ”BLAQ Style” on January 10th, and it’s received an explosive popularity.

On the 13th, the boys performed their double title tracks, “Cry” and “Stay“, on this week’s episode of “M. Countdown”

Reportedly, Thunder’s sister - 2NE1’s Sandara – paid a special visit to the boys with flowers in hand to support the group’s comeback. Anxious that he should do well, she was said to have had her eyes glued on their performance the entire time.

Check out their smooth vocals for the R&B track ”Cry” and their crisp choreography for ”Stay”!

Many people thought Lee Joon would use his handsome face, firm body and overflowing charm to maintain his relationship with female celebrities, especially how he maintains close friendship with female idols. However, he does not think that. He strongly denied these rumours.

Lee Joon said, “Besides SHINee, BEAST, 2PM, 2AM, CNBLUE, I’m not close with any other celebrities. Although all the female celebrities are pretty, but I don’t talk to them whenver we appear on the same variety show together. I’m too busy to have a girlfriend. Actually, I don’t really talk a lot with guy friends. When I was in art school back then, I found it easier to talk to girls. Now I seldom interact with female friends. I’ve never even thought about having girlfriends.”

Besides that, instead of female celebrities, Lee Joon revealed his open date(?) with SHINee’s Onew. He said, “Not long ago, Onew and I went to eat curry at Apgujeong and we cycled around together. He and I have very similar personalities.” He expressed that he and Onew are both in a tough environment.

Lee Joon said, “Of course, as artists it is good to digest our schedules. But sometimes there will be emotional stress. Like me, when I was filming KBS 2TV’s ‘Jungle Fish 2′, I kept asking myself “Will I do this well?”. Recently because of Onew’s packed schedule, he couldn’t fully commit to the rehearsals for his musical ‘Rock of Ages’. We want to do well, but people can’t understand. So we are quite upset. Onew and I are in the same situation, that’s why our friendship became stronger.”

With music programmes, acting, variety shows, and events packed into his busy schedule, he personally said there is a growing distance between him and female friends. So, he developed a sincere friendship with many male idols. Although Lee Joon feels that this is unfortunate, but his female fans who cherish him a lot would see this as something to cheer about.

Lee Joon has been busy filming ‘Jungle Fish 2′ lately. We could feel his passion despite how exhausted he is. Let’s watch out for the 23-year-old Lee Joon born in 1988 who strives for his dreams.

4minute’s Jiyoon, MBLAQ’s Seungho & G.O reveal their siblings for the first time


On February 24th, MBC’s “Bouquet” featured the family members of 4minute’s Jiyoon, and MBLAQ’s G.O and Seungho for the first time on TV.

Jiyoon’s older brother, Jun Jisoo (24), was noted by the MCs for his handsome looks and funny personality. The two praised, “You’re so handsome. Do you think you’re handsome?” Jun confidently replied back, “Yes!”

After much laughter, the MCs continued by asking, “You look like Lee Seung Gi. Who do you think you resemble?” Jun replied, “CNBLUE’s Yonghwa and Kim Rae Won. When I was younger, I was even told that I looked like Bae Yong Joon.”

Amused by his personality, the MCs further asked to rate the members of his sister’s group, 4minute, to which he answered, “My sister is in last place. First is Heo Gayoon.”


On MBLAQ’s team was G.O’s older sister, Jung Hye Yoon, and his baby twin nephews, alongside Seungho’s younger brother, Yang Seung Hoon.

Both family members surprised the studio with their strong resemblance to their siblings, especially Seungho’s brother, who’s also a music major. Despite it being their first TV appearance, they were said to have revealed all of the funny secrets regarding their brothers without hesitation.
