Yes, It does seem so.

FNC has confirmed that CNBlue indeed has
their official twitter account, it's a group account that all the 4
member's will use to update fans on their whereabouts, the four of them
will be sharing this account, It's better than nothing.

The
member's have been tweeting about their upcoming concert by the end of
July, so Congrats for CNBlue for joining Twitter and im pretty sure the
BOICE's worldwide are happy for this news.
