Preview revealed of F.T. Island’s new Japanese MV, “Satisfaction”
Earlier, we reported that F.T. Island was gearing up to drop their new Japanese single, “SATISFACTION“, for April 20th. Well, it looks like fans won’t have to wait four weeks to hear their new work, thanks to a newly-released preview of their music video!
The 30-second teaser promises a motivating track. To emphasize the new style, the director delivers a slow-motion shot of the boys running, and uses the color orange to bring in a sense of energy.

F.T. Island holds the last concert for their Japanese tour.
The five boys have performed ‘FT Island Hall Tour 2010 - So Today’ in cities like Osaka, Aichi and Tokyo.
Their last concert was on hold December 28 at the ‘International Forum Hall in Tokyo’ with the attendance of more tan 5,000 fans and lasted for three hours. They performed a total of 26 songs including ‘The One’, ‘Primadonna’, ‘Flower Rock’, ‘So Today’, ‘Love Love Love’, ‘I hope’, ‘Treasure’ and more.
This is the first time they are performing on their own, without the presence of other artist. The boys talked to the audience in Japanese telling them that they would do their best during their last concert.
The fans received a special gift with the presence of F.T. Island former member Oh Won bin as a special guest. He performed several songs including ‘I Love You and I Love You’.
F.T. Island special unit F.T. Triple also performed during the concert and sang ‘Love Letter’.
The concert included the song ‘I Believe in Myself’ which was released by the band during their indie days.
The band is set to go back to Japan for a fan meeting on March 26 at the JCB Hall in Tokyo.

More of Korea’s top idols have left for Bangkok on the evening of March 11th to prepare for their performances at the Rajamangala National Stadium on the 12th.
MBC decided to hold their “50th Anniversary Music Wave Concert” in Thailand, and so the media had parked itself at Incheon International Airport to capture shots of idols departing.
Many stars showed off their ‘airport fashion’, and FnC Music labelmates, F.T. Island and CNBLUE, are the latest idols to be snapped as they showed their casual denim outfits.

F.T. Island escapes dorm fire uninjured
On the morning of May 3rd, the members of F.T. Island were reported to have escaped a dorm fire without any injuries.
Representatives of their agency explained, “Their computer monitor overheated and began emitting smoke. In response, the sprinklers exploded. The members were able to escape to a safe location and call for help. It was not anything major or severe. Rest assured, the members are not injured and do not require a visit to the hospital.”
Despite it being a scary situation, the agency thought positively of the fire by calling it a sign of good luck. ”The members were up late preparing for their new mini-album’s music video and album jacket photoshoot before returning to their dorms to sleep. As they’ve just released their new album, ‘Satisfaction‘, we consider this ‘fire’ a sign of good luck.

110524 FTIsland, Attained High Rankings Prior to Comeback
FTIsland displays their everlasting popularity, despite making their comeback after 1 year.
The band released their mini album “RETURN” on all major online music sites on 24th and their album is now ranked within the top 10 positions on sites like, Dosirak, Melon, Mnet, Bugs, etc.
The band’s unique title song, “Hello Hello”, gives emphasis on the band’s strong guitar sounds as well as Lee Hongki’s sorrowful vocals.
FTIsland’s management company, FNC Music said that, “It’s been a while since FTIsland is making a comeback in Korea and they have put in a lot of effort for this album. The members have been practising day and night to show everyone their perfect image.”
FTIsland will have their first comeback stage on Mnet M! Countdown! on 26th May.
