Entertainment- On the day when Hangeng announced his comeback on the
Great wall, Top Chinese Music Chart Awards (音樂風云榜) made an eight hours
premiere recording with Hangeng, as he invited the reporters to his
apartment in Beijing. Out of the reporters expectation, Hangeng’s
apartment is rather small; the small flat only accommodating 2 rooms and
1 living one, however, Hangeng appears to be satisfied with his
‘Dwelling Narrowness’*. Hangeng even introduced some of the funny decorations in his home, as well as his pets, two chinchillas.

This
simple flat with 2 rooms and 1 living room, white walls without any
decorations, a wooden floor, is exactly Hangeng’s place in Beisihuan.
What makes it more stunning is that Hangeng only used less than 5
thousand to rent this little flat. To this, Hangeng stated “I living all
by myself, so it doesn’t need to be that big, 2 rooms and 1 living
room are already enough.” Once stepped in, a little living room was
seen, but this seemed more like a room of a fan, since the room is
filled with all kinds of Fan clubs’ flag, banners and promotion
products, and of course, many photos of Hangeng of different times.
Taking a closer look, you could even see the presents that the fans
gave to him were all placed in his house as decorations.

real owners of Hangeng’s living room are actually two chinchillas.
During the visit, the two little animals were sleeping, they seemed to
be very when Hangeng immediately warned the producer “You must not touch

room. On the bookshelf, there were a lot of Michael Jackson’s disc, and
this time, Hangeng had specially invited the dance crew of his movie
‘This is It’ for his new album.

leaving, Hangeng didn’t forget to check the switches of the rooms.
When riding the escalator, Hangeng met some close neighbors, and

Since the uprising controversy of the Chinese CF he participated in, SM Entertainment’s law branch has stated that “Hankyung’s contract has yet to be terminated.” They also explain that without a doubt, they would accept him back if he wished.

He had problems with his visa, but our agency was there to help him by hiring a Chinese translator and we showed endless support to thrive for him to become a singer. It’s incomprehensible as to why Hankyung would call us unfair now. There are plenty of talks about slave contracts and now we feel like Hankyung is going with that now. He is only at his best now because we took care of him and got him that far. We wish for him to reconsider and come back. The other members of Super Junior and the rest of SM only received word through news articles. I hope the CF didn’t mean as much as it was said to be either. Either way, in the end we don’t wish to cut his contract. If he ever decides to return, we’ll gladly accept him with open arms.”

On December 21st, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Super Junior’s Hankyung, in the lawsuit he filed against his agency, SM Entertainment.

The Department of Justice stated, “All three contracts – from the January 2003 contract, the altered contract from February 2007, and the affiliated contract from December 2007 – do not exist.”

Hankyung had filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment in December of 2009 claiming, “I cannot maintain an unjust contract.”

Meanwhile, an SM Entertainment representative spoke with MyDaily in the aftermath of the decision and stated, “We cannot accept the result. We will file an immediate appeal to reverse the decision.”

Το συμβόλαιο όλοι το διαβασαμε και ηταν απανθρωπο το λιγοτερο.
Μακαρι να είχαν όλοι τα κοτσια του και να μην καθονται να τους εκμεταλλευονται ΑΝ όντως τους εκμεταλλευονται.

Εγώ πάντως πιστεύω ότι αυτή είναι μια πολύ μπερδεμένη ιστορία. Από την μία ακούμε τον Han Geng που τον αγαπάμε να εξιστορείται τον τρομερό τρόπο που του συμπεριφέρθηκε η sme και λέμε πως δίκιο είχε κι έφυγε, το συμβόλαιο ήταν απάνθρωπο, κι από την άλλη μαθαίνουμε πως τα υπόλοιπα members (που κι αυτούς τους αγαπάμε) ανανέωσαν τα συμβόλαιά τους και λέμε πως τελικά, μια χαρά είναι εκεί μέσα. Δεν ξέρω κι εγώ τι να πιστέψω πια. *confused*

Εγώ δυσκολευομαι παντως να πιστεψω μια εταιρια (που στο κατω κατω στοχος της ειναι το κερδος) απεναντι σ'ενα ατομο που εκτος απο το γεγονος οτι το εκτιμω δεν ζητησε τιποτα παρα να τον αφησουν ελευθερο απο το συμβολαιο του... Άλλωστε το συμβολαιο δημοσιοποιηθηκε και αφου η sm δεν το διεψευσε πιστευω πως ηταν αυτο που ισχυε. Αυτα που διαβασα σ'αυτο το συμβολαιο πιστευω τιποτα αλλο....
Δεν ξερω πως φερονται στα υπολοιπα μελη (παντως οτι ειναι υπερφορτωμενοι με δουλεια το βλεπουμε ολοι...)
ξερω ομως οτι πιθανον να χει σχεση κ το οτι ηταν Κινεζος ο Hankyung...

Αλήθεια, δεν ξέρω πια τι να πιστέψω. Κι εγώ (και όλα τα ELFs πιστεύω) αγαπάμε πολύ τον Han Geng και μπορεί να μετράει και το ότι ήταν Κινέζος, αφού κανείς μας δεν ξεχνάει το ότι ο Han Geng στις αρχές τις καριέρας του είχε τραβήξει πολλά μόνο και μόνο επειδή είχε αυτή την καταγωγή. Αλλά νομίζω και οι Suju δεν θα έμεναν άπραγοι μπροστά σε κάτι τέτοιο, ο Han Geng δεν ήταν μόνο μέλος του συγκροτήματός τους, ήταν μέλος της οικογένειάς τους. Και πάλι όμως μπορεί να τους πίεζε η εταιρία... Ουφ! Μυστήριο καταντάει πια Ας ελπίσουμε μόνο πως θα περνάει καλά εκεί και θα γίνει πολύ διάσημος!

Ναι, του ευχομαι και εγώ τα καλύτερα!
